Hallooo, great program by the way! But I am having trouble with the set up. The throws doesn't seem to work when I use the gift sub and raid as the trigger. How do I fix that?
Your program doesn't show the items to throw on my OBS or Vtube studio even after the Spout 2 capture is enabled and it also keeps that pink body and the pink square on screen no matter what
You have to set up the OBS capture on your scene to see the objects. and all you have to do is press the hide UI button to hide all the pink while using on stream.
I bought it and downloaded it, it worked once for set up but whenever I try to open it it doesn't load in. I open task manager and the memory spikes to over 3600mbs. The screen is just blank and the program does not respond. I've tried this on both the launcher and the zip folder. Anything I can do to fix it?
I have a single request. My viewers love to count how many times I've been hit with a bear (or other item) during a stream, I would love if there was a simple counter built into the program that I could put in the corner to count how many times a certain object has hit me during a stream.
Hello, I was just wondering if there's a way to force open the Throw Scene menu other than clicking on it? No matter how many times I do it doesn't want to open anymore so I can't edit it. Closing and reopening the app doesn't seem to make a difference.
I sent an Email on Wed, Jul 17, 9:01 AM (timestamp copied from the email) about my purchase of t.i.t.s. The purchase went through but I never received it. I sent a picture of my purchase going through, a picture of the error message I got, and a picture of the confirmation email from my payment card. It's August. I have not gotten a response.
Why did I not receive the product? Could someone respond to the email please? I'm commenting here because the email was never replied to, I never received the t.i.t.s., and I did not get refunded for the purchase.
I'm having this issue as well. My VSF model suddenly stopped responding to being hit, and I'm not sure if that's the reason why. It still throws things, still makes the sound, but my avatar no longer twitches
I also use VSF and I still haven’t figured out why my avatar isn’t moving when it’s supposed to get hit like normal. And I’ve triple checked, none of the settings are any different than normal. I’m hoping this is just a bug that they’ll fix with the next update.
Has there been a recent update to the Twitch Integrated Throwing System? My program is all of the sudden not throwing certain objects (subs, bits, ect but my Twitch account is fully connected. Hotkeys for these also will not work.) and has been freezing and crashing often for the past few months.

The streamlabs integration doesn't work, it doesn't recieve loyalty redeems.

if anyone knows how to get the "Twitch Bot" part of the Twitch connection to actually stay connected, that'd be great. it just won't stay connected.
